Due to the perishable nature of our fresh, chef-prepared meals, we are unable to accept physical returns once a delivery has been made. If your order arrives damaged or fails to meet our quality standards, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery for a resolution.

Upon arrival, immediately check your meal containers and high-quality insulation to ensure everything is intact and remains at a safe, chilled temperature.

If there is an error with your order or a quality concern, take clear photos of the items and the shipping label to help our culinary team investigate.

- 4.Receive Credit or Refund
Our team will review your request and, if approved, issue a credit to your account or a refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
